Cannot access website

    I cannot access the website or log in to the wp-admin. It is giving me a the following error repeatedly
    Warning: ftp_pwd() expects parameter 1 to be resource, null given in /home/customer/www/duocollections.com/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-ftpext.php on line 230

    please help

    I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Siteground.
