Cannot Access WordPress with EasyWP

    I bought a domain and hosting with another provider, and with the EasyWP app. Before logging in with EasyWP I created an account with wordpress.com using the same email and username. When I want to login with easywp it says it does not exist and its telling me that the website doesnt exist and giving me an error

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Unknown
    Correct account: Unknown

    Oh, WordPress.com is completely independent of WordPress.org, or the site you have hosted elsewhere:

    https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/.

    Your WordPress.com login information will not allow you to log into the site hosted on EasyWP.

    However, if you’d like to manage your EasyWP site here, on WordPress.com, you’ll want to connect it via Jetpack:
