Cannot access wp admin

  My website http://www.soldwithspeed.com was made by me over a year ago using the Elementor WordPress plug in. I can view the website but I cannot log in to the admin. When I type in my website/wp-admin it says it is not accessible due to a security rule. The log in page also doesn’t recognise any of my email addresses to get a new password.. I am unable to log in at all.
