Cannot access wp-admin

  Hi,
  I’m the domain owner of http://www.lilmissjbstyle.com. My website was hosted through IONOS but recently I changed. For some reason even though I am the WP admin, I cannot access my site like I usually would through: http://www.lilmissjbstyle.com/wp-admin/
  as instructed here: https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/how-to-find-an-old-wordpress-account/
  But can’t figure out why my domain is not associated even though I am the admin.

  That domain was neither registered nor hosted with us, it was a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.   The site was also not using our backup software https://jetpack.com/upgrade/backup/ so we are unable to assist directly with this.
