Cannot Access WP Admin – Site Error

When trying to access the WP login, I get this error ‘The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’ I have not received any emails and cannot access anything on the backend. Has anyone experienced this or know how else we can contact WordPress support?
