Cannot accest my account

  A couple of days ago I was told that I had used wrong password (I had not) In the end I had to reset my password. This allows me access to a WP page but all my old settings and sights have gone. Any ideas please?

  Looks like you’re logged in to a different WordPress.com account. Can you please let me know the sites you had on your account so I can make sure you’re hosted with us?

  jceprojects.com
  critical-reviews.com.au I can log into using an old account (redacted)

  Hi –

  Those sites aren’t using our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com.

  jcengland.com is hosted by nameserver.net.au

  the other two sites look to be hosted by hostpapa.com

  This means that they’re set up on the open source WordPress.org software. Help for that comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
