Cannot add a new free site on an exisiting account

  I have an existing account with 3 sites on it. When I go to add a new site, the next page asks me to choose a plan. There is no free plan. I just want to create another mysite.wordpress.com site but I can’t find how to do that.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
