Cannot add or change basic features on blog

While writing a new post, I attempted to add a photo, but the feature is unresponsive. I also wanted to delete one of the widgets that I added (a text widget with a link to a translator), but the page itself is unresponsive and does not allow for any activity. Other features on the blog work, but these two don’t. Also, when I attempted to link my new post to a previous post (as I have done before), the link would not actualize and the entire post would get deleted.
Please help!

Look in the Forum – there are at least 75 threads with the same problem – it is a site wide issue
