cannot add pictures from computer & when using url option

    please help me…when i upload a picture from my computer it says its been downloaded but does not go through the actual process where i can put notes, etc. and it does not close the window either…i also tried using urls for pictures and it downloads/uploads because I can see the picture appear but again, the window won’t close, and i have to refresh the page which means losing the picture that i wanted to post.

    What is the URL of your blog, starting with http, and what browser and version are you using?
