cannot add/activate new theme

  cannot see ‘add new’ in the apprearance>themes menu

  Uploaded the theme via cPanel through my hosting provider, and am unable to activate the custom theme.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Themes can’t be uploaded to sites hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
