Cannot alter or return to default of MODULARITY theme

    Hi,

I want to use the modularity theme, but after playing around with some of the customization tools, it simply WON’T budge. I would like it to return to it’s default — but there is nothing to click or change for that option.

I ended up choosing Parament theme, though it is no the one I want. I like the photo feature in the header of Modularity and would like to be able to use it.

Any suggestions as to how I can get modularity to be more responsive?

    Thanks in advance. : )

I can’t tell if you mean you have csutom design uograde and did CSS editing on Modularity Lite or not so I’m posting 2 answers.

    1. CSS is theme specific. If you have custom CSS and later change themes, you need to delete whatever CSS you have in the Editor, otherwise, you’ll get undesired results. To ‘reset’ a theme, you need to delete the CSS in the Editor, make sure the “add to existing CSS” radio button is checked, then save. Things should go back to normal.

    2. If you don’t have a custom design upgrade then go to >Apperance > Themes and remove any headers, backgrounds and deselect any options you selected in Theme Options.
