Cannot Cancel and Refund Theme

  Hi, I recently purchased the port theme and would like to cancel and refund, but every time i click the link the only thing that pops up is “cancel and refund” with no options.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I have canceled the upgrade and processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
