Cannot cancel my subscription

I am trying to cancel my subscription. I have emailed several times and the support team repeatedly send me back to my account which is not working properly. My last email was snet on February 12 asking again to cancel my subscription but I have just been charged for the year. Has anyone had success in contacting support and getting a serious response?
