cannot change my administration email

    I want my admin email to be (email visible only to moderators and staff) on my profile. My website remains happydayeveryday.org. Customers will contact me using (email visible only to moderators and staff). I keep getting on a loop. Every time I confirm, it takes me back to profile page where old administration email address, (email visible only to moderators and staff) is still entered. When I change it to (email visible only to moderators and staff) , it states I must confirm email for it to change taking me back to the loop and it starts all over again. It also says email address change is pending until confirmed which puts me back into the loop again. Will you please change my administration email address from (old) (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (new) (email visible only to moderators and staff) and keep my website as happydayeveryday.org. I have been working on this for 2 days and am sick of it.

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

    Please post in the self-hosted WordPress forums instead for help:

    If you’ve been trying to change your email at https://wordpress.com/me/account/, that only changes the email for your username account with us, not the admin account for your site. The email for the admin account on your site can only be changed from the WP-Admin dashboard, and we don’t have any control over that aspect of your site.
