Cannot change nameservers

  Hi there,

  I’m trying to point our domain, bought with WordPress.com, to a hosting account with Hostinger. I need to update the domain name servers, but when I navigate to the domain settings in WordPress, I get the following error message:

  ‘There was an error loading the name servers for this domain’

  Any help would be hugely appreciated!

  Hi there,

  To confirm, what is the domain you are trying to point away from WordPress.com? wewearthetrousers.com? Just wanted to make sure as that domain is under a different account. Also, can you provide the nameservers you are trying to add?

  They should look something like this:

  ns1.dns-parking.com
  ns2.dns-parking.com

  Let me know if that is what you are trying to add when you receive the error message.
