cannot change password

  when I login the website tells me my password is too short and needs changing but when I want ohange it the SMS code does not arrive. Thewebsitehas now tried to giv me a new site with a new domain but Idont want this

  The problem may be that the SMS code goes to an old mobile number that no longer exists
