cannot complete domain transfer upgrade

  Hi, I want to map my own domain,registered with 123.reg to my blog but I cannot complete the payment for some reason either by card or Paypal.
  I have changed the DNS servers as per the instructions but the process seems to stop after I do the payment info.
  Can you help please?
