cannot connect/ post

Hello! I am in my first year and first few posts on WordPress, and I cannot access my Kays beautycounter blog. Could you help me? I believe I own the domain until May 2023 so I’m not sure what is happening.

We can’t help directly because we don’t host kaysbeautycounter.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.
Instead your host (Bluehost) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. Specifically we use a custom login system on WordPress.com (for enhanced security) so our account recovery tools do not work on sites hosted on other providers since they use a different system.
