Cannot create email account. ‘Create your mailbox’ button doesn’t work

    Hello, I am trying to setup an email account and pay it annually but there’s a problem. When I try to create it through the ‘Pick an email solution’ website interface, I submit all of the information and then I click the ‘Create your mailbox’ button and then nothing happens. The button doesn’t do anything. No error message comes up. I don’t know what to do. This happens for both ‘professional email’ and ‘google workspace’. I am unable to create an email account because of this.

    Hm, that shouldn’t be enabled for you.

    Only the owner of the domain can create email attached to the domain. Would you please ask them to try?
