Cannot Create Email Account

  Hi there,
  I am trying to create a mailbox for emails with my domain. I have tried to choose the pay monthly plan, entered my preferred email address and password, and tried to click submit. After clicking, it will not let me move forward to the next page and I cannot seem to complete the steps to create a mailbox. Looking for help to finish this step.

  Are you trying to purchase our Professional Email service (https://wordpress.com/support/add-email/adding-professional-email-to-your-site/)?

  I see that you already have your domain and hosting through a different provider. To be able to purchase email hosting from us, you’ll need to have your site hosted here.
