Cannot create site or sign up for personal plan

    Every time I try to create a site, WordPress brings me back to a ‘Sites’ page (wordpress.com/sites) that is blank and concains no created sites. I have tried signing up for a personal or professional account, but I get the same error because it forces me to try to create a site. I have tried with both Google Chrome and Edge, both using incognito mode, and on two different computers. Any suggestions?

    Cannot “Add new site” —

    I have also tried using the WordPress support feature, but the AI bot is extremely limited and when I ask it to connect me to a human, it says I need to create a personal account to do so. This is insane – I will give them money if they just help me but I cannot even get to a point where I can sign up for an account because the WordPress site (and, both Studio and the desktop app) will not successfully create a site!
