Cannot crop images

    Just trying to upload a new header image and I am getting a very unhelpful error message: ‘There has been an error cropping your image’.
    Where do you even start troubleshooting something so vague?

    Anybody know how I can get past this? Really just want to change the default header image on my theme to my own image. Thanks.

    Hi –

    The image may not be of sufficient size. Have you already added it to your media library? Which image is it?

    It was an image that was already in my media library. Strangely enough when I tried again today, there wasn’t even a cropping option and the image was used straight away. Thanks for the help. Cheers.
