Cannot delete file

  I need assistance with my blog. A presentation uploaded for a couple of weeks ago and deleted yesterday can still be downloaded om this link:https://temfunderingar.files.wordpress.com/2017/09/above.pdf

  It need to be deleted as soon as possible.

  How should I do?

  Clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache as that link produces 404 a file not found which means you are viewing a cached copy.

  Thank younfor your reply.

  However it doesn’t seem to be the case as I can still open the file from other computers/devices that I haven’t used to open it with before.

  So the problem remains and needs to be fixed ASAP.

  Hi Anna,

  I’ve looked into this for you and the PDF has been deleted from your Media Library — I am also seeing a 404 error when I visit the URL.

  If you visited the URL from a different computer on the same network and are still seeing the file, it could be cached in your local network.

  Are you visiting the URL directly or seeing it in Google search results?
