When a client blog invites me as an administrator they see “invitation not sent, the user has blocked invite emails.”
I have followed the direction to make sure that “block emails” is not checked on http://wordpress.com/#!/read/subsettings/
“Block” was not checked when first viewed. I updated other settings to enable instant delivery. This did not resolve the problem. I also checked “block”, saved my settings, and then unchecked “block” and saved them again. I have waited for an hour in case they settings were cached.
I am still cannot be invited.
Can you please review and let me know how to resolve?
