  I just went live and cannot edit my site now, why? I really need to make some changes asap!

  That site doesn’t appear to be hosted by WordPress.com so staff here wouldn’t have access to it. You might have more luck asking in the WordPress.org forums. The similar-sounding platforms have numerous differences in the way they work.
