Cannot edit new website

Hello, I’m having a huge headache with trying to get my site started. I purchased a premium plan last week for the site thiswaythatway.net. I have been charged for the site and subscription, but my WordPress account still says I have a free plan, so I cannot live chat with anyone about this very frustrating problem. I can go to the site, there’s nothing there, and I can only login, but there is nothing else I can do- I can’t edit it or find it, and WordPress keeps saying I don’t have a site setup yet. Could someone from WordPress please reach out to me about this?

Thanks for your response! I’m not seeing an email confirmation for the payment. I’ve checked my other emails too and don’t see it. Is there a way I can email you the bank transaction details instead of sharing this information in a public forum?

From what you described, it sounds like the Premium plan or domain purchase may have been connected to a different WordPress.com account during checkout. Since you already provided the order number, the staff team should be able to trace the transaction and attach the plan correctly to your account.

Thank you both for the suggestions, I still cannot figure out what happened. I tried logging out and back in as you suggested and I still do not have the ability to make any changes to thiswaythatway.net, the domain unpaid for. If I used a different account at check out, I don’t know what that could have been. It doesn’t make sense to me, for me to have done that.
Could someone from WordPress please contact me directly via email address? I have a paid account, I should have access to live support. If I can’t get help with this I would like a refund.
