Cannot edit pages

I was editing pages fine until about 2 pm this afternoon. At that point, I tried to publish the page that I was working on. It hung for a prolonged period of time. Eventually, I closed the page. When I looked at the page, all the content was gone, not just the new content.
I can view all the pages. I can also write posts. But I cannot edit pages.
The only thing I did before this happened was to click on “Upgrade” to see what the price was and what features were included. I do not want to upgrade, but I can’t see how to empty the shopping cart.

Hi there, I am not certain why the pages are not updating maybe try clearing your browser’s cache or logout and log back in .
However to empty your cart, go to Plan> Plans on your dashboard . You will see the little cart on your right , you can click on it to delete the contents . Maybe the pages will update if the issue is with the cart.

What browser are you using? Does it happen if you try a different browser? Are you using any browser extensions? Can you try disabling them and seeing if that changes things?

Thanks for the help! I deleted the cart contents and cleaned out the browser cache (I am using Firefox). I was still unable to edit the page. Just a blank white screen came up. However, I deleted the page, and then created a new page with the same name. Success! I am able to edit the new page.

I think that it did have something to do with the shopping cart. Because I just discovered that another page that had a link to Paypal has lost all its content, and I cannot edit it. All the other pages have their content intact.

Can you visit this page and let us know what you see for “Operating System” and “Web Browser”?
This will give us some extra troubleshooting info about your computer so we can take a closer look. Also, can you try a different browser, like Google Chrome, and see if you have the same problem?
It will be helpful to know if the issue is with Firefox only, or a broader issue that affects other browsers as well. Thanks for the additional info!
