Cannot edit pictures

    Recently, I presume that due to the new GDPR regulations and the windows update, I cannot now edit my pictures on my website. When I click and hold on it, it shows me the buttons but as soon as I release it, the cursor jumps to the bottom of the page.
    I prefer using Microsoft Edge. I can edit pictures using Chrome
