Cannot Edit Templates

    Hello – The homepage of one of our websites uses a custom layout/template. I’ve used these for years but as of today, none of the fields are editable. Meaning, when I click on ‘Display’, for example, the URL changes to show the template number but the Display edit screen doesn’t display. Nothing has changed on my end. I tested this before and after upgrading to the latest WP core version 5.2 today and the problem exists with both.

    On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

    If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead, or contact support for the template you’re using directly if you suspect the fault might be there.
