Hi the digitalkwithdrcolinthakur is pointing to digitalk.co.za domain landing page of registered with domains.co.za . They mentioned if can please add back to your name servers please so can be assessed.

Hi Nigel,You need to get WordPress to add the domain digi-talk.co.za onto the WordPress Nameservers before we can change the nameservers for the domain on our side as the registry for co.za checks to see if the domain has been added to the new nameservers and if the domain is found on the new nameservers then the nameservers are changed and if the domain is not found on the new nameservers then the previous nameservers are used.
The domain digi-talk.co.za is not found on the WordPress nameservers as per the below
Please advise urgently.

The term “digitalkwithdrcolinthakur” is meaningless to me. What exactly are you speaking about? Do you perhaps mean one of these sites in your account, https://digitalkwithcolin.wordpress.com/ or https://digitalkwithdrcolin.wordpress.com/?
If you want a WordPress.com site to appear at the digitalk.co.za domain, you need to buy a paid plan with a domain mapping upgrade for the WordPress.com site, and then change the name servers at the domain provider where you bought that domain.
We have no ability whatsoever to change the name servers for a domain that is not registered with us, and digitalk.co.za is not registered with us. We have no access to that domain, and no way to make any changes to it.

Digitally other Colin Thakur was a site that I used to manage it no longer here for me to manage . It’s now on the domain landing page of digitalk.co.za.
Please rectify.

A site is represented by a URL, not by a collection of words/a title. So if a site is on WordPress.com, it would have a URL structured [name].wordpress.com, like the two examples I posted above.
The domain, digitalk.co.za, is not registered with WordPress.com as we do not sell .co.za domains. We have no control over that domain whatsoever, and no control over what site appears at that domain. Additionally, that domain has never been connected to any site on WordPress.com.
If you used to have a site on that domain that’s no longer appearing on that domain, you need to contact whatever hosting provider you used to host that site. That is not us, and we cannot help you with this.

I bought a domain digitalk.co.za and misteknly pointed https://digitalkwithdrcolinthakur.wordpress.com/ to this digitalk.co.za landing page.
The domain provider domains.co.za has requested WordPress to please point this back to the original servers to be accessed so that I can purchase a hosting plan.
Please help me out . Really appreciate it.

https://digitalkwithdrcolinthakur.wordpress.com/ belongs to a completely different WordPress.com account, nigelgovende28. We cannot make any changes to that site, unless you request it while logged in as that username.
That said, the domain, digitalk.co.za, has never been connected to the site, https://digitalkwithdrcolinthakur.wordpress.com/. Connecting a domain to a WordPress.com site requires a domain mapping upgrade, and you’ve never bought any upgrades via the nigelgovende28 account.
I bought a domain digitalk.co.za and misteknly pointed https://digitalkwithdrcolinthakur.wordpress.com/ to this digitalk.co.za landing page.
That is impossible. The only way to point a free *.wordpress.com address to another site is via a Site Redirect upgrade, and you don’t own one of those. https://digitalkwithdrcolinthakur.wordpress.com/ is loading a WordPress.com site for me, not a landing page at another domain.
To use a WordPress.com site with a domain you already own, you need to point the domain to WordPress.com by changing the domain’s name servers at your domain provider, in this case domains.co.za. This is the only way to connect your WordPress.com site to your domain.

There is no change we can make to have your WordPress.com site appear at your domain. The domain’s name servers need to be changed on your domain provider’s end, and you need to buy a paid plan and domain mapping upgrade on our end.

The name servers are listed in the link I gave you above:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
But changing the name servers are not enough. You will also need a paid plan with a domain mapping upgrade on the WordPress.com site you want to appear at the domain.
Changing the name servers points your domain to WordPress.com from your domain provider. The mapping upgrade creates the connection between your site and the domain. You need both.

I just want to add more content to digitalkwithdrcolinthakur.wordpress.com for nowI will defiantly be purchasing plan for domain mapping , just waiting for the finance department to approve this plan purchase.

they have redirected back to drcolinthakur.wordpress.com however i get security priveleges with my account nigelg11 when trying access. Please kindly help

Your nigelg11 account owns the sites:

And the site, https://digitalkwithdrcolinthakur.wordpress.com/ belongs to the username, nigelgovende28, so you won’t be able to access that site while logged in as nigelg11. To access that site, log out of this account, and then log back in as the nigelgovende28 username.
