Cannot find menu to import widget?

    hi,
    bought a premium theme and their install setup suggested to import a demo widget

    instructions:
    “Tools > Widget Importer and Exporter”

    However I cannot find the menu? All I can find are:
    Tools
    – available tools
    – import
    – export
    – export personal data
    – erase personal data

    I was expecting to find ‘Widget Importer and Exporter’ menu after ‘Export’.
    Currently on WP 5.1.1
