Cannot find my blog

  This site is not my blog site it was my first attempt and should have deleted a long time ago but now my blog site parentingatitsbestblog.wordpress.com I cannot get to the back office on it. How can I find it?

  I don’t know what user name it is under because what I thought was the user name does not get me the blog I want, I keep getting the older blog I’ve now have deleted. Is there anyway to get to the back office through the actual blog site? It comes up but not the back office when I log into WordPress.com
