  I cannot find my premium paid site on WordPress for about sixty days now. Please cancel all further billing for this account and attached domains if it’s not recoverable

  I guess your premium site is connected to another wordpress.com account of yours. To restore access to the account owning that site, you can use the Transaction ID at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
