Cannot find the server IP address

    我無法進入我的網頁和網頁後台，輸入網址後(ananacg.com/wp-admin)，顯示無法連上這個網站，找不到 ananacg.com 的伺服器 IP 位址，請問如何解決？

    I can’t enter my website and website background. After input the URL(ananacg.com/wp-admin) , it shows that I can’t connect to this website and I can’t find the server IP address of ananacg.com. How can I solve it?

    Looks like you are hosted with Site Ground. The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
