  the person who designed this site says she orignally registered the domain with wordpress.com but I cannot find out where to change the namservers

  I have looked at this thankyou. The panel that shows where you can change the nameserveres does not exist on my control panel

  Might have something to do with your domain name not being registered with WordPress.COM –

  You do have domain mapping but not domain registration here
