Cannot get access to website

  Hello,

  Logged onto WP here to access our website (www.sulasindustries.com) to make some changes. It would not give us access to any of the functions and we could not change the site. It kept telling us to update ‘Jetpack’ but when we clicked on that it went to a 404 page? It kept asking us to ‘disconnect’ the site so we tried that and now we cannot even see the menus to change stuff on our site? Can you please help us get access back to our website? We really need to make some changes soon.
