Cannot get old ‘Subscribe to Me’ WordPress form out of my recipe posts.

    I created a WordPress subscribe to me form that did not work and I had it in 3 spots in my website. My footer, my sidebar, and at the end of my recipe posts. I was able to change and update the subscribe form for the sidebar and the footer, but cannot figure out how to delete the form after my recipes as it does not seem that it is a widget I added in for each recipe and also I cannot find the code in the theme. I just want to delete the form under each recipe to not confuse traffic on my account. Any advice would be helpful. Website is charismaticcooking.com
