Cannot get WordPress to recognise blogs

    I did: Log in

    I saw: Nothing under blogs listed

    I expected: To see blogs (3) in blog list…

    I upgraded 1 of the blogs to wordpress 3.1 today…I can still access the site…but I cannot get in here to access the behind the scenes stuff…just as a read only.

    I DID actually sign up (back in 2009) as the following
    Username: (original name)
    with my nickname as shellpole

    But wordpress accepts only
    U/N: (nickname)
    p/w:
    with my nickname as shellpole

    Admin email is correct…

    Tried resetting password with username as admin…but it sent back that my username is shellpole again. I believe I could see my sites if it would just accept (original name) as the user name…but have tried a number of times now, with it defaulting back to shellpole in emails.

    I have a couple of sites, but the main and urgent one is the one I updated to 3.1 today

    All I want is for wordpress to recognise the sites….Hostgator hosts the site and I was using WordPress for everything else. Am I doing something wrong?

    Please help. I would love to work on the site.

    Hi. If you upgraded to 3.1, it means you have a self-hosted WordPress.ORG blog and are in the wrong forum. Please ask your question at http://wordpress.org/support
