Cannot go to ‘My Site’ or login to my site admin

  My site randomly went down. When I hit ‘My Site’ it gives me this error message. ‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection
  wp-admin’. I cannot contact Jetpack support or WordPress support.

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account
