Cannot import a theme.

  I want to use the oceanwp theme as it is used in an online tutorial. But the add new theme button is not there – only all the 300+ themes to choose from. I have found the theme file elsewhere on the wp site, but the importerdoes not wor.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Custom themes can only be uploaded to WordPress.com sites using the Business plan (and a custom domain):

  https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  exnemuscouk.wordpress.com is currently using the free plan, which is why there isn’t an option to do so.
