Cannot increase logo size especially for mobile version

Hello all, please help… have been trying all the codes i could find about this topic already for the CSS customization but nothing seems to be working…
I would like to increase the logo size on my website especially for mobile and tablet versions but nothing is working…

managed to solve the issue but not using any CSS code as they were not working, instead just went back to photoshop and increased the size from there… although many people said it wasn’t working for them it worked for me.
