Cannot ‘Like’ a post

  I’m not sure whether this is a WordPress issue or a browser issue. I have the latest version of Firefox on my laptop and whenever I try to ‘Like’ a blog post on blogs I follow, I get a blank Firefox window which comes up briefly then disappears. My icon, however, never shows up as ‘Liking’ the post. I also have Firefox on my Android device but do not suffer a similar problem. I can ‘Like’ posts with my phone no problem.

  Hi there,

  This sounds like a cache issue. Have you tried logging in using a different browser other than Firefox or clearing your browser’s cache? I would try that and see if you have any success with the like button.

  Hi Darnell, thanks for the reply. I tried that to no avail but ended up discovering that it was because my browser wasn’t set to accept third-party cookies. It’s working now.
