Cannot live chat with paid account

I have a paid account but I cannot access live chat for other problems I am experiencing. I have created this free account to post this question. I cannot log in to wordpress to access the live chat. But I am able to login to my wordpress admin page.
The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

We have absolutely no history of sites, purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.
However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. Live Chat support from WordPress.com is only available to sites hosted on WordPress.com with paid Premium or higher plan.
