  cannot load a world-press website from a colleague, since I always are ask to have my own website which I already have, sounds like really stupid way to inhibit my colleague!

  this is my colleague’s personal website on our homepage of the institute.
  This site is not accessible to me by NO means (likely nobody else), I do not undertand this erroneous message that I get EVEN after having opened an account with you etc.: “You don’t have any WordPress sites yet. Would you like to start one?” This is what I get as a kind of error message!
  Excuse me, I cannot understand this crappy handling of an obvious open website access for the readers on our institutions’ homepage.
  What is behind all this from your side? I cannot understand this…

  Hi there,

  Where are you getting that link? Was it given to you by your colleague? If so they may have been confused as to what their site address is since that is a private link that only the site admin would normally have access to. The actual public address of the site is https://lehmannzoology.wordpress.com/

  I can confirm I am able to visit https://lehmannzoology.wordpress.com/ without issue and it is a site that is publicly available on the internet. Screenshot of what I see here:

  Hi all
  thanks for the upgrading of the link which is obviously provided wrongly on my colleague’s official site
  https://www.su.se/english/profiles/plehm-1.218839
  (first up to the right) pointing to his personal website at
  https://wordpress.com/view/lehmannzoology.wordpress.com
  which as Jerry correctly says must read instead
  https://lehmannzoology.wordpress.com
  Then it works fine and correctly;
  no clue how this mistake “wordpress.com/view/…” crept into the link; I will tell him…
