Cannot load Customizer

    Just built new website the other day and still cannot load the Customizer option. Used default theme.

    Hi there, is the Customizer not loading when you try to open it or do you not see the Customizer link under Design in your dashboard?

    If it’s the first issue, try logging out of WPcom, clearing your browser’s cache and cookies (which will also log you out of any other site you are currently logged into) and then log back in. Make sure that 3rd party cookies and javascript are enabled in your browser.

    If it’s the second issue, or you weren’t able to resolve this, please post back here in this forum thread and let us know the address of the site you need help with and which browser and version you are using.
