Cannot log in

  I have a word Press site. When I try to log in it says I do not have a site and that my email is not recognised. I have received several emails from word press… what can I do to rectify this?

  NB: The site logo above is not the correct one. That is an old dead account. The new one has our new logo.

  Can you please tell us the site you need help with? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com and has not been logged into for almost a year.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/ instead.

  That site belongs to a different WordPress.com account, ldcarerscommunity.

  Go to https://wordpress.com/me/ and click the Sign Out button. Then log back in as the ldcarerscommunity username and you’ll have access to that site.
