    Hi there,

    The only sites I see on your @reganliao13 WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:

    • reganliao13.wordpress.com

    However, this seems to be a site that is new (and unused) and was created a few days ago under your WordPress.com account But it sounds like you are referring to an older site instead. Is it possible you created your site under a different login that we are not able to see?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
