Cannot log in at all.

Trying to access my site via the URL and adding /wp-admin. Tells me a link was sent to log in, and it was, but then tells me that I my username or email isn’t recognized when I try to connect to jetpack? All I am trying to do is access my dashboard to make some changes to the site.

Hi @japollner, could you confirm what site you’re trying to log into?
If you’re using your own copy of WordPress but being asked about logging in with Jetpack, you might look for an option to log in with your wp-admin credentials instead.
If you’ll send a link to the site, we’ll check it out and point you in the right direction for support.

That is a WordPress.com site. For WordPress.com sites you don’t log into WP-Admin directly. Instead, you log into a WordPress.com username account, and that site belongs to a different username than the one you’re using to post here. Requesting a login link for that site while you’re logged in as an account that’s not a user on the site won’t work.
So to log into that site, first log out of your
japollneraccount.Then go to https://wordpress.com/log-in, and enter your username or email address for the account you used to create that site, to log into the correct account.

When I log in with the email address associated with the site, it tells me I have no wordpress sites…
The only 2 email addresses it could be, both tell me I have no WordPress sites.
Also, strangely, the shopping cart is not in US dollars… which is was when I set it up.
