Cannot Log In To Any Of My Sites

  I have the following sites and cannot log into any the way I used to

  http://www.succeedbrokers.com
  http://www.succeednetwork.co.za
  http://www.culinary-network.com

  Please help me get into these sites and how not to have this issue again
