cannot log in to comment on other blogs:

    After logging in, resetting my password, logging back in, then logging back in several times, I have been unable to leave comments on other blogs.

    When I try to log in with either my username or my e-mail address, both typed correctly, I receive the message:

    ERROR: Invalid username. Lost your password?
    ERROR: Cannot log you in. There is no account on this site connected to that Facebook user identity.

    This is, however, untrue. My Facebook account is already linked to WordPress, and WordPress is using it to suggest friends who blog and try to get me to follow their blog. So, clearly, Facebook and WordPress are linked. Yet, over and over–and over, and over, and over–I am told that my username is invalid, and I may not log in.
